When you hire somebody remotely, we have a program that’s called HubStaff time tracking that takes every 10 minutes a screenshot of your employee’s computer, and the client will have access to that, and it will take a screenshot and activity, and also we have a supervisor that looks that over and if something is off or we see the screens are empty, they will right away contact the employee
